1,300+ planners, 115 countries, one network.
DH:PNS graduates are national planners, funders, and NGO implementers, capacity builders who train others, technical consultants who advise their teams, and advocates who move stakeholders toward the enterprise planning approach.
What graduates do next.
Influencing policy
"I was able to convince the ministry of the need to have all the systems linked up and speaking to each other, with interoperability and a networking group."
Public health officer, Ministry of Health, Maldives
Revising national strategy
"Now we're taking a more systematic approach. We're revising and synchronizing our digital health roadmap, and we added more to the eHealth strategy."
MOH official, Philippines
Timely and trusted
"I've been quite senior with WHO, so I never expected this course to be this interactive. It was so good I didn't go to work so I could keep coming to the training."
Senior Health Officer, WHO, Sri Lanka
Stay connected after certification.
Born from what graduates asked for, the CoP is a peer network that outlasts the course — a professional alumni community, managed by TechChange, to stay connected with fellow digital health champions, exchange real-world lessons, and expand practice through peer learning and collective problem-solving. So far, 357 graduates and counting have joined.
Access is in English at this time, and open to those who have completed DH:PNS in full. Want to be added? Email digital.health@techchange.org so the team can verify your certification.
"The enterprise planning approach presented in the course would be very useful for the future development of our health information system, and will ultimately provide better interoperability and scalability."
Training of Trainers
DH:PNS has reached more than 1,300 ministry officials and digital health leaders. As demand grows, the ToT prepares new trainers to deliver the course themselves. It doesn't teach the digital health content, it empowers future trainers to plan, lead, and facilitate their own deliveries, bringing the course closer to being truly open and available to everyone who needs it.
